Complete Return Procedure

1 Contact Us – Email support@trendsprout.shop with your order number and reason for return

2 Provide Documentation – Submit clear photos showing the defect or damage. For transit damage, include photos of the outer shipping box/packaging.

3 Review Process – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days

4 Return Authorization – If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions

5 Ship Item – Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label

6 Inspection – Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item (typically 2-3 business days)

7 Refund Processing – Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method

Transit Damage – 72 Hour Reporting Requirement

IMPORTANT: If your item arrives damaged due to transit, you MUST report it within 72 hours of delivery or the carrier’s “delivered” status.

To file a transit damage claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product (multiple angles)
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box/packaging – this is required for carrier claims
  • Your order number

Claims reported after 72 hours may be denied.

Cancellation Fees

Important information about third-party payment processor fees:

  • If your order has already been processed by our payment provider (PayPal), any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from your refund amount.
  • These fees are charged by PayPal and are not retained by SouthernBasket.shop.
  • The reason for this deduction is that payment providers do not refund their processing fees when a transaction is cancelled or refunded.
  • We will provide a clear breakdown of any deducted fees upon request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Items damaged by misuse, accident, or improper handling
